MEET OUR WISCONSIN LEADERSHIP TEAM

As InBloom's Wisconsin Regional CIO, Ashley trains and manages the BCBA staff while making sure clinical integrity processes are always met. Ashley received her Master's in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, and has been working in the field of ABA since 2005.

When asked why she is passionate about what she does, Ashley said, "I began working as an RBT while I was obtaining my undergrad in Psychology. I fell in love with the work and continued to pursue opportunities in the field of ABA. Following graduate school, I served as a Medicaid case manager for children with ASD. I am particularly interested in adults with ASD and helping these individuals and their families find resources on living a full and supported life."

As Wisconsin's Director of Operations, Emily focuses on

supporting families by ensuring a smooth transition into services and maintaining strong relationships throughout their kiddos' care. She also works to support the clinical staff so they are able to administer the most effective care for each of our kiddos.

When asked why she is driven to support the Autism community, Emily said, "I'm passionate about helping others achieve their full potential. Having exposure to family and friends who have developmental disabilities has made me want to ensure that children are receiving the best individualized ABA treatment possible."
