KIEL RAGER

Founder & CEO

Kiel Rager is the founder and CEO of InBloom Autism Services, a national ABA Therapy organization obsessed with clinical integrity, clinical outcomes, culture, and doing the right thing for the kiddos we serve. InBloom came into existence because Kiel has family members on the spectrum who received ABA Therapy from organizations that did not emphasize quality care, outcomes, or hiring the best clinicians. He and his wife Kate knew they could make a difference, and so InBloom was founded with a simple goal in mind: Always do the right thing and focus on achieving amazing outcomes for the kiddos we serve. Kiel holds an MBA and a BS from Indiana University.
